Parsley Pear Smoothie
- 1 pear
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 2 Tbs walnuts or 1 Tbs coconut oil
- almond milk or water
Blend together and enjoy! you may also choose to add one tsp spirulina or for a little extra sweetness a couple of drops of stevia.
